There is one indoor warm pool that is heated to 90°f and two outdoor pools. The amenities also include mineral water showers. Reserve a campsite, or RV spot, or even rent one of the seven cabins available. The area has great desert hiking opportunities and is truly a place to disconnect and relax with no cell phone connection. The rangers here are great and the park campsites and bathrooms are all well-maintained and clean.

5. Holtville Hot Springs
These public hot springs are located in the desert near the US and Mexico border, South East of San Diego. There are two small hot spring jacuzzis available that are surrounded by a scenic palm tree lined lagoon. One of the hot spring tubs fits around 8-10 people and is usually between 102 to 104 degrees. The water from this pool then flows into a smaller pool that is less hot. From this tub all the water flows into the lagoon. The hot springs area has BLM long term visitor areas where you can camp for as long as 7 months.
